A browser-based
self-booking tool for corporate travelers, which can be assessed via the
Internet. Trip Manger maximizes compliance with corporate travel
policies, creates cost savings and efficiencies for corporations and
allows travelers the flexibility and freedom of internet-based booking
24/7.

RESQCX
ResQCX is a comprehensive quality control
system that integrates modules which automate the processing and
auditing of all aspects of travel management including: quality control
and management reporting, travel compliance, preferred vendor
agreements, and traveler preferences. It performs multiple tasks that
are necessary to ensure PNR integrity and compliance for a cost
effective, quality trip. QC manager compares booked reservations to a
user defined profile of more than 150 quality control checks that can be
configured by account and alerts the agent of any changes required
before ticketing.
Q.C. EDITS
Q.C. Edits is a customized “point of sale” quality control system.
A reservation cannot be “ended” without being error free. This software
allows for seat assignment checks (including Premier and Medallion seat
verification,) scans for accurate date sequence, checks for
frequent flyer numbers, ensures reporting fields are completed or
changed when the reservation is changed, etc. When tickets are actually
issued, the system provides an entirely new set of edits which can include verifying that the travel is approved, verifying
that the ticket has the correct contract coding, etc.

Seat
Checker secures preferred seating on domestic and international airlines
using live seat maps. Seat requests can be made for aisle, windows,
right or left side of plane, priority (frequent flyer
memberships), front and back of plane, bulkhead and aisles across. Seat
Checker's powerful logic will process multiple passengers per PNR while
maintaining secured preferred seats and connecting two travelers on
separate records for aisles across. Seat Checker can be used for
initial seat assignments on all reservations as well as improving seat
assignments up until time of departure.

Route
Checker
Route Checker audits reservations for substitute routings and carriers
that yield savings and occur within defined parameters, such as total
travel and connection times. By continually conducting
hard-to-find routing searches, Route Checker processes both domestic and
international pricing and processes complex itineraries while
considering negotiated rates and travel policy options.

E-Checker
E-Checker tracks electronic tickets for potentially unused coupons and
reports coupons that may be refunded or used on that traveler’s future
flights. E-Checker tracks any unused e-ticket coupons and their status

up-to-date information on the status of the coupons.

REPORTING, ON-LINE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE
Management reports are
only valuable when used. TMI works with each client to
provide individually designed reports. We can provide this information
in a variety of formats and media, including via the internet and
e-mail. We also provide our clients access to other “cutting” edge
products.
Post-Travel Reporting
Both versions
(web-based and non-web-based) of this system capture travel reservation
information directly from the TMI accounting system. The web based
version is available via the internet 24 hours
per day in a secure password-protected environment, and provides the
ability to ask for what you want, when you want it. With this web-based
post-travel reporting, you will have access to numerous pre-designed and
customized management reports.

The non-web-based
version includes custom-designed reports based on individual reporting
needs. These reports are available via email, fax, and/or hard copy in
a variety of software formats, including ASCII, .xls, (Microsoft Excel),

Pre-travel Reporting
This reporting tool captures travel
reservation information from TMI’s systems allowing access to pre-travel
management reporting up to 365 days in advance of actual travel. This
access is available via the internet 24 hours per day in a secure
password-protected environment. With Pre-Travel reporting, users have
access to numerous pre-designed and customized management reports and
can actually view their company’s travel policies and procedures. Event
Monitoring provides constant monitoring of travel itineraries ensuring
compliance with corporate travel policy. You can also be alerted to
travel advisories for your upcoming destinations.
The benefits
include money saved by eliminating the need to produce paper
management reports, up-to-the-minute snapshots of travel
expenditures, and monitoring of corporate travel policy
exceptions or fare savings opportunities BEFORE the monies are spent.
Web-Fare
With inventory
dispersed across the Internet, there is no ONE web site to consult when
looking for air fares, hotel room rates, or car rental rates. But
using this astonishing software, TMI agents can, with the click of a
mouse, check 29 websites for low fares, simultaneously! With this
power, our agents add web searches, including opaque pricing sources
and consolidator fares that are unavailable to the public, to their CRS
resources, allowing us to offer our clients the lowest possible air, car
and hotel fares.
JetAlerts
When a flight is delayed or cancelled,
JetAlerts delivers the right information to the right people via cell
phone, pager, PDA, instant messaging, e-mail and web. Managers can view
information and alerts about flights for people in their organization.
JetAlerts' live reporting and alerting help companies manage their
employees’ security, keep everyone informed, boost productivity, reduce
car service wait-time charges and more. Everyone gets the information
they need to save time, anticipate problems, manage relationships, and
take actions which otherwise might not be possible.
Infotriever
Infotriever is a
calendar integration application that automatically places your travelers’
itineraries into electronic calendars.
ResMail/Fax
Another product,
available 24 hours per day, enables a traveler or arranger to ask that
up to 36 price-sensitive itinerary selections be automatically emailed
to them from our site. These flight options and the pricing information
can take into account travelers' preferred carriers' contracts and
schedule needs. It is received within minutes via email or fax, with no
wasted time scrolling through web pages. This product enhances your
corporate travel booking while incorporating the company’s travel
policy, resulting in managed travel, not the unmanaged, uncontrolled data
available at mainstream travel sites.
This product also
allows TMI to automatically email your traveler 2-3 days prior to their
scheduled, nonrefundable trip to remind them that we must be
notified prior to flight time if they need to cancel or change a
non-refundable ticket. Non-refundable air tickets not changed in
advance are simply lost money.
Trip Manager xe
This is an internet-based travel management tool that puts travel planning on the traveler’s
desktop or laptop. Though not for everyone, this represents the fastest
growing element in corporate travel management. The product we use,
“Trip Manager,” allows complete integration of your travel policy to
ensure adherence.
Trip
Manager enables travelers to book air, car and hotel reservations, using
contracted rates (where applicable,) and other real-time travel data.
Online reservations are automatically queued to TMI for quality
assurance and ticketing. Because each traveler’s booking options can
be controlled according to corporate travel policy, this product allows
the traveler to make real-time reservations for air, cars and hotels 24
hours a day. Trip Manager features “live” seat maps for seat selection,
frequent-user number tracking, and the ability to change and cancel
bookings. This system is considered a “good system that doesn’t have a
lot of unnecessary components to slow it down.”
